    An Embodied Spiritual Practice Introductory Wellness Workshop

    This session engages embodied practices, Islamic teachings, and guided dhikr. Explore understanding how we can come to feel safe in our bodies, release tension, and reconnect to the spiritual center Allah placed within us.

    Six online sessions start on January 14, 2026 with Dr. Fatima Mirza, PhD, LCSW, In partnership with the Sunflower Initiative

    Many Muslims long for a spiritually fulfilling Ramadan, yet traditional practices can feel difficult or inaccessible. Utilizing the Ramadan Intention workbook facilitated by an experienced counselor, participants will be able to prepare for Ramadan, check in during the month and follow up after all based on their own experience.

    Chaplain Patty visits Oberlin College for Interfaith week this September and discusses with students bringing benefit to all following the legacy of the Mercy to Mankind, Prophet Mohamed, peace be upon him.
